Head of Operations

Build a disruptive company that will shape the industry

Your responsibilites

• Strategic planning, business case and budget
• Cash and liquidity management
• Internal and external reporting
• Interface to external accountants and tax consultants
• Active support of fundraising and due diligence process
• HR administration and payroll
• Coordination of recruiting process

Your experience

• University degree in business, economics or law
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in banking, consulting, SME or start-up
• Knowledge in German accounting and taxation (payroll is a plus)
• Fluent in German and good in English oral and written communication
• A team player eager to work with a high-performance team
